Report a security problem
If you find a security problem in bluecliff.ai or the Bluecliff app, tell us privately.
How to report it
Write to hello@bluecliff.ai. In your message, tell us:
- what you found, and where;
- how to reproduce it, step by step;
- what someone could do with it, if you know.
Don't share the problem in public, for example in a public issue on GitHub.
What to avoid while you test
- Don't open, change or delete data that isn't yours. Use your own account and your own test data.
- Don't run a denial of service, or any test that slows the service down for other people.
What we do
We acknowledge your report within 72 hours.
